The structure includes three parts: PVC functional layer, adhesive layer and backing paper. According to the different production and processing technology of PVC film, the film can be divided into casting grade film and calendering grade film. The main characteristics of calendering grade film include: thickness (0.075-0.1) mm; no transfer paper; large shrinkage rate; short-term use; for flat or small curved surfaces; general weather resistance and chemical resistance. There is no casting grade film in China, that is, the film produced by the casting process. Common car body film product composition: White glue self adhesive vinyl: white calendering grade film, good weather resistance, white pressure activated adhesive, excellent flat lamination performance, 1-3 years of use. Black self adhesive vinyl: black calendering grade film, good weather resistance, black pressure activated adhesive, excellent flat lamination performance, 1-3 years of use.
